WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!

- We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
- We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

As this is made from soft stretchy band, like underwear, wear and tear will be different on every pet.  If your pet is physically active and scratches a lot, the collar will look more worn than a pet that is less active after a period of time.  This is completely normal and does not affect the functionality of undercollar®!

 

HOW DO I RETURN  OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you're wanting something else, you can place a new order if you'd like your pet to get some new stuff asap!  Either way, for an exchange or refund, just place the item(s) in an envelope (NO LARGER THAN 6" X 11") and indicate on a note your order # and reason for returning.  Place 1-2 Forever Stamps on the envelope and place the envelope in your mailbox or give it to your postman. 

DO NOT return the box, pouch or marker, you can keep them! Including these items would raise the postage substantially! 

We have noticed if you bring your envelope to the post office they will charge $5.00 to mail.

If you are sending back more than 1 undercollar, the above does NOT apply.  You will pay a higher postage rate.

Return shipping is not covered by undercollar®. Typically USPS First-Class is the least expensive. Place 1-2 stamps on a regular envelope, please tape the sides as mail machines are rough. Once we receive the item(s), we'll issue your refund or send out your replacement.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

Yes we do! We currently ship to 220 countries.

You can find out if your country is eligible from a drop down menu listing all eligible countries before you begin the process of checking out. Even though there usually aren’t any issues, please double check that customs in your country allows entry of the products you have ordered. undercollar® is not responsible for any issues that may occur at customs when entering your country.

Delivery for international shipping ranges from 7-12 business days (to EU, CA and AU) but there may additional days on top of this as each country has their own custom processes. All other countries will typically take about 10-15 business days to arrive at the local post office. Please consider that there will also be process at your local customs. International shipping rates vary and will be shown during the checkout process.

 

WHAT ARE SHIPPING PRICES TO CONTINENTAL US AND HAWAII?

All orders over $49 USD are free to ship in the USA unless we are running a promotion. 

All orders under $49 USD ship for a $4.99 USD flat rate in the USA.  

 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

If you decide you want to cancel/change your order email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order.
